UPDATE 06/05/2021

WE ARE BACK AND HERE TO SAY FOR GOOD THIS TIME. 

We have adapted to make Airobounce a safe place as we are a part of Government's
GOOD TO GO SCHEME.
New floor markings help maintain social distancing and screens have been installed to protect staff and customers at check-in and the café. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building and cleaning routines have been increased during the day and staff will perform deep cleans each evening.

ALL OUR ACTIVITIES WILL RESUME ON 17TH MAY AS NORMAL HOWEVER FULL RESTRICTIONS END 21ST JUNE.
---------------------------------------------------------------------We have had confirmation from our Primary Authority that trampoline parks and family activity centres in England can re-open as part of Step 3 (effective 17th May) of the government’s roadmap out of lockdown.


Who can attend?
• in a group of 6 people or 2 households indoors”

Do the children need to be in households/bubbles?
• Children should try and follow social distancing as much as possible from those who are not in their household or bubble.

What about spectators?
•Only TWO parents/guardians can accompany a child/children for safeguarding purposes. Your normal parent/guardian: child ratios should apply.

• Parents/guardians must wear face coverings and remain in separate viewing areas as far as possible. They must observe social distancing at all times.

• In the event that it is necessary for a young child under 5 to be supervised by their parent/guardian, the parent/guardian may enter the area. Social distancing must also be observed in this area.

Birthday party?
• Yes we do party packages on May 17th 2021. Please call or email

Can we open the café and vending machines?
• Hospitality will resume as normal.

Can I Bring my own socks?
• Yes, we do accept socks from any other trampoline parks, non-trampoline grip socks will not be accepted. If you don’t have your own socks, you can purchase our trampoline socks for £2.00 per pair.

Can we open soft play and inflatable areas?
• Yes, soft play or inflatables are permitted to open.

Other ativites?

  • VR/Lasertag/Gaming room/Go karts will resume as normal.


What else do I need to do?
Entry can be refused if individuals do not want to provide their contact details via waiver.

A limited number of open jump so please book online or in advance to avoid disappointment at the centre.

Anticipated recommendations for our customers when they visit us?

  • Please do not visit the centre if you are self-isolating.
  • Wash your hands when you arrive at the centre and at regular intervals.
  • Supervise children in washing their hands particularly after using the toilet facilities.
  • Book and pay online before you arrive to reduce the contact points and use of cash at reception.
  • Consider using cards to make contactless payments when using our café for refreshments.
